How long will it take for my order to process?

I try to get orders out as soon as possible! I aim for a 48 hour turn around for orders, however at busy times such as new release collection drops it may be longer so please allow up to 7 days for order processing. Orders are processed only after funds have cleared. 

How much does shipping cost?

I offer a flat rate of $8.95 for shipping within Australia, and orders over the value of $50 ship free! I also offer local pickup if you live within the Mandurah area, as well as free delivery to 6210 & 6180 postcodes - automatically applies at checkout!

Do you ship internationally? 

Sorry, at this point in time we only ship within Australia. 

What shipping carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped through Australia Post. 

Can I order online and pickup at a market? 

Yes! We absolutely can accommodate this. Please email me when placing your order so I can make a note. Should a market event be cancelled, either pickup will be available or shipping costs will apply. 

What payment options do you offer?

We accept payments through Paypal, Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard and Amex. 

Do you have Afterpay?

Yes! We do, simply select as your payment option of choice at checkout!

Can I see the products in person? 

Yes! We regularly attend markets & local events, please see our 'upcoming events' page to stay updated. I also post information on our Facebook and Instagram pages, so please follow along to keep updated. 

What should I do if my order is incorrect or has damaged items?

Please inspect all items once received, and contact us within 7 days of receipt if your order is wrong or you are not happy with the quality.  Please email us with photos and your order number to bowtiful.designs@outlook.com so we can correct this for you. 

Should you believe that an item/s may be faulty, please include photos of the item/s. Damaged items must be returned in unworn condition within 14 days. If the item is deemed to be faulty on inspection you will be issued a replacement item or refund. 

Should the item/s be damaged in transit, please keep all original packaging and also contact Australia Post. 

Can I modify my order?

If your items have not shipped yet, we may be able to change your order for you. Please contact us by email as soon as possible at bowtiful.designs@outlook.com so we can try to modify your order before it ships. Cancelling your order may result in a 10% restocking fee. 

There are no returns, refunds or exchanges available for change of mind if your order has already shipped.
